Mesotherapy places a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants directly into the scalp, where your hair follicles live. No surgery, no general anesthesia, and most people return to their day straight after.

Mesotherapy is a non-surgical treatment in which a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants is injected into the scalp with very fine needles.
The blend is placed in the middle layer of the skin (the dermis), close to the follicles. The aim is to improve blood flow around the follicles and support the cells responsible for hair growth.
Support the normal metabolism and renewal of follicle cells.
Trace elements that the hair growth process relies on.
Building blocks of keratin, the protein your hair is made of.
Help protect follicles from oxidative stress.
The exact blend is chosen by your doctor after examining your scalp, so it matches your type of hair loss.
Illustration of the goal of treatment. Response differs from person to person.
Creams and serums sit on the surface. Mesotherapy reaches the layer where the follicles are, which is why it is used to support thinning and shedding hair from the root.

A session usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. There is no surgery, no bandage and no recovery stay.
Your doctor examines your scalp, reviews your medical history and chooses the blend and treatment areas.
The scalp is cleaned and disinfected carefully before any injection.
A numbing cream can be applied first if you prefer, to make the session more comfortable.
Very fine needles place small amounts of the blend into areas of thinning or shedding. Most people feel light pinpricks.
You leave with simple instructions and can usually return to your day straight away.

Mesotherapy works best on hair that is weakening, not on areas that are already bald. The earlier thinning is treated, the more there is to protect.

Mesotherapy is considered safe when performed by qualified specialists. Temporary effects can include redness, slight swelling or small bruises at the injection points. Sensitivity reactions to an ingredient are rare, which is why we review your history and assess your scalp first.
It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active inflammation or infection of the scalp, with an allergy to any ingredient in the blend, with chronic conditions that affect the skin or immune system, or with a history of cancer in the treated area. Tell us if you take blood thinners or have a clotting disorder.
It varies from person to person, depending on your hair condition and how you respond. Most plans start with 4 to 6 sessions, followed by maintenance if advised. Gradual improvement is often noticed after the first few sessions.
During the initial course, sessions are usually 1 to 2 weeks apart. Maintenance sessions are then spaced every 2 to 3 months. Your doctor sets the exact timing based on how severe the hair loss is.
Your doctor examines your scalp and hair, talks through your expectations and then prepares a treatment plan that fits your goals and needs.
Avoid washing your hair for about 24 hours, or as your doctor advises. For a few days, avoid direct sun on the scalp, strenuous exercise, sauna and steam. This helps the scalp settle and supports the treatment.
We do not recommend it. Injecting or needling the scalp at home without medical supervision can lead to infection, scarring or other complications, and results are unreliable. For your safety, sessions should be done in a medical clinic by a qualified specialist.
Yes. Mesotherapy and PRP work in different ways and are often combined in one plan, alongside minoxidil when appropriate. Your doctor decides whether a combination suits your scalp.
